About
What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.
I write science fiction satire. My work is a cross between Fay Weldon and Kurt Vonnegut. I have two books out: Tritcheon Hash (http://www.metropolisink.com) and We, Robots (http://www.aqueductpress.com/orders.html). Both are available at Amazon.
Here's the first paragraph of We, Robots:
“I’m going to slip into something more comfortable. Mode that is. Comfortable mode. I’m talking about communications systems. Group-speak, science-speek, GeekSpeak, King’s English. They’re all great protocols if you’re into that puffery, but for real efficiency, slang is where it’s at. We robots choose to use slang four out of five times. It’s faster. So pardon my hipness.”
--Avey, the Robot in WE, ROBOTS by Sue Lange
My music is blues/rock. I have one CD out under the name Crabby Lady. You can sample/buy at http://cdbaby.com. Heavy guitar with Deborah Harry-type vocals.
