Johnny Zbobo was the default name of any run of the mill, man on the street person my buddies and I would mention in latenight weekend conversations back in high school. We'd say things like "Just because a million johnny zbobo's bought his album doesn't mean sammy hagar has talent." Then we'd argue for a few hours about it before finding a tangential argument to go off on. I don't know if the name came from our circle or was ripped off from somewhere. Probably ripped off.
