I actually get this question fairly often, so here's the deal on the nickname: it's altogether, completely, entirely, exclusively, fully, perfectly, purely, quite, solely, thoroughly, utterly, wholly, and totally random. I was sitting in a university computer lab circa 1996, about to register for my first email account (Hotmail, pre-Microsoft) and wanted something short that probably wasn't taken. It wasn't, and hasn't been anywhere else I've used the nick. Thus, I am to this day one of the very few people on the planet who have a >8 character login to every website and online service they use.
