A call for help
I swear I read an article that listed a female USC student that was on one of the planes, but can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help out with an URL? I've got an upset friend who attended USC and would like to have any info she can find.

that would be SCU, or Santa Clara University that we are looking for, not USC or University of Southern California.

is there a chance it was the student from santa clara mentioned in this article?

here's the quote:

United Airlines did not release the passenger list from Flight 93 on Tuesday. At least one other Bay Area resident was confirmed dead, a female student at Santa Clara University. The name of the woman, a junior, was not being released, pending notification of her family, said Barry Holtzclaw, a spokesman for the university.

USC is also University of South Carolina.

Sorry, we're stressed and USC (SO.Cal.) is my parents' alma mater. I'll keep South Carolina in mind.

I *am* a SCU student.

I *know* junior girls.

I *understand* the need to make sure the family is kept aware.

But...God...do I know her?

Does that even matter?

Santa Clara students should check their Groupwise E-mail. Further information is available there.

My deepest sympathies to her family, and to all those who have lost so much.
