funny newspaper goofs and weirdness

Criggo is a blog that posts amusing newspaper bloopers and oddities - bad headlines, poorly chosen pictures, strange advertisements, etc. The blog only has the past month's worth of posts, but it's archived in its entirety here.
(Just a light, fluffy, funny post for your Friday. And surprisingly it's never been an FPP before unless my Google/search skillz are failing me.)

Now I wish I'd saved the brief blurb in my local paper about Sarah Palin in which her photo is labeled "Justin Bieber." No lie.

At long last, Jay Leno has become obsolete.

The company on the latest post, McGard, they're in my hometown. They manufacture wheel locks and manhole locks, basically lug nuts that require keys. I had an internship there during high school. The whole building smells terrible, just the worst hot metal smell imaginable. They use chrome for some products. Have you ever smelled hot chrome? I've got a headache just thinking about it.

I never thought I'd say this... Jay Leno does this better.

Two I remember from my local paper:
1. The "lost" ad for a pair of subscription glasses. (Don't worry, a new pair will come in the mail next week)
2. Ad asking for information about the hit and run in the parking lot of the "flee market" (What--you expected them to stick around?)

Ahh Criggo. I've been reading this for years. But how did I find out about it if not through MeFi? Weird.
For the most part, it's worth a chuckle... But there's the occasional one where I just scratch my head and can't figure out why it's meant to be funny.
