I have seen the future of rock n roll + cinema and it is 4-minute mashups that span eras and genres and continents and cultures. Although it's hard to imagine any others can reach this level of awesome: Akira Kurosawa vs. Lucinda Williams. Drunken Angel vs. Drunken Angel. SLYT

I laughed when she sang "Why'd you let go of your guitar?" as the doctor pulled a bullet from the guy's hand.

You wouldn't happen to have a link that works outside of the USofA, would you?

You wouldn't happen to have a link that works outside of the USofA and Canada, would you? (FTFY) Wonderful! I've been a big fan of LW ever since someone introduced me to "Car Wheels on a Gravel Road". I'm sure she'd be right at home with this mash-up serving as a video for "Drunken Angel". Thanks for passing it along. Now if only Kurosawa has a film called Joy in his oeuvre, life would be perfect!

Hmm, didn't know that was an issue. Works for me in Canada. Someone more international + internet savvy may be able to help. Or does this do it?
