With a coalition government and the recent turmoil over the voting system, sometimes British democracy feels like it's in a bit of a crisis. Thank goodness you can now vote on issues that really matter.

Mystery meat disclosure: Hot or Not, except with UK politicians.

Do the Conservative MPs come with a complimentary plastic bag and orange?

Question from a UK person: what precisely is 'mystery meat'? Not as stupid a question as it sounds - I always read books where it was served in cafeterias and it seemed such a weird thing to have on a menu (particularly when there were so many children at my school on a halal diet...).

I saw an MP today but I don't think he was hot or not.

You'll always be a victim if you're attracted to people who talk shit.

Suddenly my friend's 'David Blunkett - never saw it coming' t-shirt has a whole new unintended meaning.

I notice that the highest rated women tend to be conservative; I guess that means this will become the British equivalent of this crap.

I like how the Republicans included Bo Derek and Janine Turner while the Democrats had only politicians.

Pro Tip: If you let the Democrats use actresses too, your results will be a lot different.

The Conservatives have only just got back into power after 13 years of infighting, reorganisation & trying to make out that they are cute and green & cuddly. With more, younger, and newer MPs the chances are that they'd have a better selection of attractive youngsters.

Same thing happened after the '97 election with New Labour's 'Blair's Babes'. ('Yay, we have 96 female Labour MPs but we're still going to patronise the crap out of them.')

It's a disparaging term for the sort of grey, bland, unidentifiable meat that comes in a hot school lunch.
Usually covered in some sort of gravy and accompanied by a starch like mashed potatoes.

Jesus, that sounds vile.

Is Janine Turner the same Janine Turner as Maggie from Northern Exposure? I wasn't disappointed when I found out Kelsey Grammer was Republican as I imagine Frasier would be too, but Maggie the bush pilot?

The five lowest scores? Four from Scotland, one from Ireland!
Yet another anglophilic conspiracy - time to march down and burn York!

Why? Jorvik Viking Centre is hardly a hotbed of Anglo-centric conspiracy.

I'm not looking at this, partially because in recent months I have found two - two! - Tory MPs attractive. I should probably avoid visual representations of all MPs now in case I end up having the hots for Nadine Dorries.

Unfortunately yes, even going so far as to campaign for Palin. Although strangely enough she has a book out that seems to champion single mothers. If you doubt she is conservative, her website design alone should convince you otherwise.

Actually the only thing I ever wanted in York - and totally failed to find - was a ****ing parking place. Alas - not very pillageable.

I've googled, I've thought, I've bugged friends online. What the fuck does this mean?

If you're offering, I wouldn't mind if you burnt down the Novotel. Should be payback for the dozy sod on reception triggering a panic that ended two policemen trying to break down my bedroom door at 3am.

Of course, it may have already gone. This was 20 years ago, after all. What do you mean, "hold grudges"? Right... that's another one for 'the list'.

America : Stephen Milligan. I didn't see anything about a plastic bag, but I think there was a similar death around the same time...

If by "pillage" you mean "steal everything and give it to me" then sure, pillage this place. I cannot visit York without wasting at least an hour or two looking around and wishing I had several thousand pounds of disposable income.
