"Hot Dudes with Kittens." This is either the best or worst thing ever birthed by the Internet.
The dude at 45 seconds was grievously shortchanged of his moment in the sun. He has an amazingly joyous smile, but he's only on the screen for a tiny bit of time, while the frowny child who reminds me of the frontman for My Chemical Romance is sulking about through half the video!
Also, some of those guys looked pretty uncomfortable snuggling a kitty, which strikes me as a bad sign for their overall potential.

(I still like this video, but you DONT UNDERSTAND. Our shitbeast from hell kitty pissed all over our new bed last week. This is when we discovered our furred satan lover kitty has the bladder capacity of a very large man.)

Cat hater here, but I just had to stop it to say that whenever my friends and I go out to stupid bars that suck, we always throw the song in this video ("Feel So Good," Chuck Mangione) on the jukebox right as we walk out the door. We call it "Chuck bombing." Also I could beat up every guy in this video.

Some of these guys look so, so uncomfortable... as do the kittens, for that matter. I'd say the proper metric for Mr. Rightness is how desperately the cat is/not trying to get away from its bearer.

Yes! I noticed him too. But sadly, the only image that remains burned on my retinas is the collage of Magnum PI's eyebrows.
I just watched the video again, and as soon as Chuck Mangione started his brass wailing, my kitty Shackleton literally flew off the bed. Sprouted befurred wings and flew.
But I'm glad I did, because this time I noticed they included a link to a kitten rescue site. Nicely done.

There is something about a guy with a kitten that makes him 100 times hotter than he'd be alone. Seriously, I fell for a guy partially because the first night we really talked there was a kitten outside the bar we were at and he picked it up and nuzzled it and was all sweet and gentle with it. I melted every time I thought of that.
Then 3 years later I found out he was banging every girl he knew and loathed animals. Three years wasted on a below-mediocre dude because of a f***ing kitten.
(for real, though, it was a tuxedo kitten and it was even wearing a little baby blue bow tie!!!)

It really doesn't have anywhere near the creativity it would need to be either best or worst. The only thing startling about it is its banality. But yes those were kittens, and some of the men were attractive. Honestly? Cute overload (and the site linked by kzin) does it better.

It would have been more successful if it seemed like the guys and the cats actually liked each other, and it wasn't just "generic looking pretty boys barely tolerating cats who really just want to get away from them."
I also think it would have been cooler with burlier, rougher guys. A more defined contrast would have played nicely into the stereotype that cats are a lady pet that men are supposed to hate.
Anyway, this is for the ladies and the gentlemen:
