This is not a great Mefi post but it's a great song.
I wish this song was reactionary, but this is probably a song of its time. Reactionary is a RATM song. This song is plaintive; its folk music. People who have no power make music like this.

I agree about the song but you're completely wrong about folk music, just all sorts of wrong. Even if you're being conservative about defining the genre, and don't include punk or hip hop or whatever, you still have woody guthrie.

hmmm.. well, there were tags that told you it was a rap (sort of) about the housing bubble and banks, and the title told you the name of the song and that it was a SLYT.
Was there more you needed?
