Just think of what could be if Bin Laden gets his hands on this stuff. Makes you wonder what he has in the tool shed.
But it is possible, since Pakistan is so unstable, that the pro-Taliban resistance could destabilize the Musharif government, take it over, and *presto* nuclear weapons....Hmmmm

I'm much more worried about how events are going to play out in Pakistan than in Afghanistan. The Taliban are Pakistani, and they seem to have a LOT of supporters there for their particular little bastardization of Islam. Half the country is on a general strike today because the president didn't completely repudiate the US and side with Bin Laden.

Agreed, aaron. That would make the Indian-Pakistani (read: two nuclear states) clash much more dangerous... And you know that countries would be aligning themselves on both sides, as opposed to this fairly unilateral queueing.
