She's alright, but she's no Christina Bianco.

Ghah, loved her Liza.

But dang, Pedi's British ladies are spot-on!

Good Stritch. Kinda mean to Pati LuPone, though.

Also: this seems as good a place as any: Sondheim at 80. (great article)

Okay, her Jennifer Coolidge is great, but her Pati LuPone is unforgivable.

These are all a hoot; I had no idea this was a thing. Thanks!

Christine Pedi has the best Liza, and Christina Bianco's Bernadette is indistinguishable from the real thing, but nobody does LuPone better than Carol Channeling.

OK, so check out this impression of Jennifer Holliday.

Babs and Esther were terrible, although ironically many do them with panache. Also, her Bernadette lacked B's sharp initial beats... or maybe, what all three were missing was the implicit projection of vocal POWER.

Doing both young and late-career Judy was brilliant, and she did that well.

Who was the old, husky blonde singer?... Got it from another vid: Elaine Stritch.

OTOH, love Christina Bianco, love Forbidden Broadway, and I'm so glad I got to see them while they still existed.
