In "Ghostbusters", there was a sign hanging on the wall in one scene which said, "Danger! 10,000 Ohms!"

Which you either find hilarous or deeply confusing. It's a pretty good way to separate the nerds from the normal folk. Me, I laughed my head off. My girl friend wondered why.

In my high school physics class, a group of us who thought it was hilarious to use alligator clips to hang voltage meters around our necks (in a manner similar to Flava Flav's clocks). We called ourselves "Ohm Boys."
