My 4 year old is going to love this. I bought him a whole container full of Lego guys (including two Minotaurs) and weapons from the Pick-a-Brick store and he spends *hours every day* enacting battles with them.

=O he CUT and BROKE Legos!

Guy, if you don't want your Legos, you can give them to me. No need to get all destructive. =(

And this is most certainly not a duel.

That animator's other videos are pretty good, too. "Lego Vs." is fun.

How on earth do they do the motion blur?

How on earth do they do the motion blur?

I just came in here to ask the same thing. It would be next to impossible in-camera (particularly when it comes to background blur) but super easy in After Effects. What's the source of the claim that the relied "almost exclusively" on practical effects? (or is the motion blur simply a notable exception?)

Oh man. The reveal at the end is brilliant. Hilarious! I always suspected the two brands were mortal enemies.

That boss guy definitely did not get his money's worth with those henchmen.
