Fantasy Paper Minatures does exactly what it says on the tin.
One Monk Miniatures has more variety. Papercraft previously.

That is somewhat obsessive.

In all my years of playing D&D I don't think I have EVER come across a Finger Mage.

Those minis are quite nice. The aesthetics and 2.5D nature remind me of Morrowind characters.
If I didn't use Lego minis for RPG purposes (self-link), I'd probably use paper minis. There are a lot of really cool ones out there:

- Patrick Crusiau's site -- beautiful free minis for all different eras of gaming.
- OneMonk miniatures -- many, many wonderful minis, this time for a fee.
- Cardboard Warriors is a web forum devoted to paper minis, with some jaw-dropping galleries.
- Steve Jackson Games' Cardboard Heroes may be the best-known line of paper minis.

"Please, do."
Okay, here are a few more:
Okay, here are a few more:
- Sparks, fonts as paper minis. Designed to stand very much like Cardboard Heroes, except the minis are fonts, so you can easily print as many as you want, as large as you need.
- Paper minis for Tekumel.
- Paper dungeon floor plans.

That's because it's a monster from Diablo (although there was a D&D diablo supplement). There's also a Wwarhammer monster or two in there.
