The Taliban has declared the Internet un-Islamic, but elsewhere in the Muslim world, going online is one way to avoid the censors.

Ummm... don't these guys have a Website?

Or is it some other group or person trying to pass themselves off as them?

Interesting, considering that Bin Laden has been rumored to use "steganography" to send messages within online pornography...

Food must be un-Islamic too. They confiscate food from the Afghans all the time. I think the Taliban just claim anything they want which the Afghans have is un-Islamic, so they can accumulate anything of value from the people and get "the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice" to provide the vices the Taliban have. These guys are a joke and an insult to humanity. It's like we're bombing the Keystone Kops!
