I didn't like it. Indeed, it pretty much sums up what I would Carl Orff-ful.

You know, I was at my brother's frat at MIT this past couple of days for his graduation, and I feel like I watched this video at least three times due to people sharing it with each other and laughing like fools.

Also my FAVORITE part is the octopus with boots going to North Korea! A coherent storyline that doesn't involve chicken!

Having had to learn the words to this piece of Carmina Burana in 11th grade, I'm just thinking OMG HOW I WISH I HAD THESE LYRICS INSTEAD!

Most. Awesome.

I enjoy this one a lot more. It's much more coherent.

Remember when misheard/alternate lyrics to Carmina Burana was a thing?

No ... no I don't. I assume it was something about tuna.

I believe the Whelk is actually nothing but a new version with different lyrics, animation, ragefaces, and an obsession with chicken.

This cracks me up in general, but especially the small bit in the middle about the fun handsome goose (1:10)...considering that the goose in movement 12 is not likely handsome nor having much fun. Miser! Miser modo niger...et ustus fortiter!

I find it so much easier to understand lyrics once I've read along once with the song like this.

Up to this point I was unaware of the misheard lyrics industry.

This is pretty funny.

I recall seeing on CBC-TV in the late 1970's a staged video dramatization of the actual Carmina Burana, and that was plenty strange enough..

The Whelk: "an obsession with chicken."

I was going thought the BadLipReading videos on youtube yesterday and I noticed how much they talk about food, too.

Look slike this.

Wikip: The selection covers a wide range of topics, as familiar in the 13th century as they are in the 21st century: the fickleness of fortune and wealth, the ephemeral nature of life, the joy of the return of Spring, and the pleasures and perils of drinking, gluttony, gambling and lust...
