Ahhhh. Between this and the phenominal Snuggie kid, my life has been made so much better today. Thanks!

Love it. My favorite Sparks' song. But ......

1) I still have no idea what the song is about.

2) Where are the tacky tigers?

3) I don't know that it's actually better than this jacket.

Russell Mael is a man of many fantastic jackets. One day I hope to own a suit as marvelous as this one.

It totally looks like the work of Ub Iwerks.

How has there not been a Tarentino fight sequence set to this song yet?

Crazy, uh, Tooney. Loved the Siouxsie cover. Last I heard, Sparks did an opera about Ingmar Bergman.

Got to see them once way back. This post reminded me how without Spark my life has been. How without entering the Maelstrom.

Wait, the guy (or farting cow or whatever) who stole the money from the bank is the sheriff?

Didn't realize it when I posted, but SparksOfficialVideo has uploaded a sparkston of new (to me) videos in the last month, including highlights from The Seduction of Ingmar Bergman (with Ron & Russell live on stage? HOW DID I MISS THAT?), "Dick Around" (with LOLCATS), "Now That I Own the BBC" (what? NO Doctor Who references?!?) and the Disney-authorized follow-up song "Minnie Mouse".

Plus the ORIGINAL 1974 pre-MTV "This Town..." video. Gloriosky!

My favorite version of this song is still the one Sparks did with Faith No More.

I never knew I hadn't fully matured into adulthood yet. WOW. Thanks. I think I have fallen for Sparks. Hard.
