So first, I nearly crapped myself, and did that panicky, flailey thing with my hands that you see other people do when something happens with their computers. Then I made it dance (gently) to Staying Alive for about 5 minutes. I strongly recommend everyone to do this.
It hasn't brought my pulse down significantly, but it was very nice all the same.
