Wigs of Water

We found a bunch of awesome bald men and hurled water balloons at their heads, to capture the explosion of water at various intervals.

Suddenly all my life's work has no meaning.

Never has my urge to shave off (what's left of) my hair been stronger, just so I could participate in something like this!

I really really really want to do this to some people I know. For the art of it,of course.

Is there water? YES!
Are they wigs? Pretty much, YES!

This was great, as was the spider link.

Interesting shots. I wonder how they popped the snake balloons while on their heads?

Fantastic. Besides the top picture with the full head of hair look, my favorite has to be the one with the O-mouth and eyes squeezed shut. Looks like he really took the balloon to the back of the head, and the water was damned cold!

Im also curious as to how they popped the balloons and got pictures of nothing but water. This is amazing, but it seems to me that the water would lose shape long before the remnants of the balloon were out of the picture. I'm off to the garage to investigate, right after I convince Mrs. Literaryhero to shave her head...for science!
