I've been trying to build this computer on Dell's site for about two straight weeks now. What would you do with 6 TFLOPS?

I would be able to run Quake at 4,000 frames per second, and still get killed because of Net lag.

I'd still have to wait ten minutes for Windows 98 to boot up.

I'd build a robot to give people foot massages. Practical and fun!

I'd name it ZOD. Then all my friends would come over and:

KNEEL BEFORE ZOD!

Isn't that really more of a function of the graphics card that you're using? I bet this thing is just hooked up to an old CGA terminal or something. Sweet maroon and cyan!

Leave it running for a few days, create a few gazillion pocket universes and throw off god's game.

photshop? Never heard of it. Other than that *yawn*. Keep waiting, I'm sure you'll have bragging rites over mainstream computing someday.

(I sell Macs, I use them, and I like them. I just get bent at the arrogance involved with Mac folk).

Ah, but you can only be arrogant when you're convinced you're the best, Wulfgar!

As kliuless notes, CRT's are such a weenie interface for Tetris. Real geeks don't need supercomputers when they have access to buildings. You need mucho teraflops to truly simulate the live klezmer band.
