I guess it's not that difficult to guess the Mystery Person of the Day when he's also Today's Web Pick.

Ah well.

I could have gone my whole life without knowing I was born on the same day as Linda Ronstadt. :)

Very interesting stuff nonetheless.

Speaking of birthdays...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO Feelinglistless!

Yeah, I know that kind of stuff is supposed to be frowned upon by some folks here, but sometimes you just gotta say "what the fuck?"

(and sometimes you gotta say "Happy Birthday")

My son shares a birthday with Einstien and Quincy Jones. How cool is that?

Holidays and celebrations on my birthday, July 25:

· Guanacaste Day (Costa Rica)
· National Day (Cuba)
· Constitution Day (Puerto Rico)
· Santiago Day (Spain)
· Republic Day (Tunisia)
· Feast Day of Saint James the Great

Not at all indicative of my wop-dago-pork-and-cheese nationality, now is it? ;-(

The really important question is who was born on the day pancakes were invented (and, of course, why isn't that a national holiday)?

My birthday hasn't been updated for current events yet. Not that I'm complaining.

And people STILL mock astrology.

Great. Me and Ambrose Bierce. Don't bother with the search party.

On a cheerier note, it is also the date of Venezuela's legendary Battle of Carabobo! Carabobo!

Up until now, I thought Walter Payton was it for my birthday. Now, a whole new world has opened up - Adnan Khashoggi, Imam, Maxfield Parrish and (gasp!) MiguelCardoso.

RavinDave: Astrology works! I strongly resemble Maxfield Parrish as painted by Adnan Khashoggi. Or maybe a supermodel with a cigar. Or something. Coincidence? I think not.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO Feelinglistless!

feelingdeeplyembarassed

I share my birthday with an astronaut, a tv anchorman, a chinese statesman and the founder of the Girl Scouts. Sounds like the best dinner party I've never been to. And in case anyone is wondering I got this, this and this for my birthday.
