Finally got the page to load.
I only understand half of the jokes, but they are most amusing where I do get them.

I don't get the 101 one at all, though.
I know what a Nicki Minaj is... but is it a reference to the fact that she's basically a female playing at drag queen, or something else?

420 is not a standard http status code

True, but it does exist in the wild in a major implementation - Twitter's API uses it to indicate you're being rate-limited.
