Defend Your Freedom from dictatorship, porkbarrel opportunism, pseudo-stimulus. This site generates a personalized email to the Prez and your Senators. Maybe an empty gesture, but better than nothing...

another site allows for a similar comment on the war profiteering going on in the name of economic stimulus.

In the small print, Defending Your Freedom is a "Project of the Free Congress Foundation's Coalition for Constitutional Liberties" whose member groups are well to the right of the political spectrum and whose webpage is hosted by the Free Congress Research and Education Foundation. What's that? "Free Congress Foundation is politically conservative, but it is more than that: it is also culturally conservative. Most think tanks talk about tax rates or the environment or welfare policy and occasionally we do also. But our main focus is on the Culture War. Will America return to the culture that made it great, our traditional, Judeo-Christian, Western culture? Or will we continue the long slide into the cultural and moral decay of political correctness? If we do, America, once the greatest nation on earth, will become no less than a third world country."

If you have a political opinion that you'd like to express to the president or to congress, write it yourself.

It's the height of laziness to let some (questionable) political organization do it for you.
