Oh. Another religious discussion.

("Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth." —Genesis 1:28)

It seemed to me more about original sin than that bit from Genesis.

I dated a human being once. When you get to know them better, they are even worse.

This "man" would be unrecognizable to most indigenous cultures, other than as a psychopath.

Every culture is indigenous somewhere, so let's not climb on the magical brown people train just yet. One of the tragic ironies of human society is that political collectives can conceive, warrant and implement atrocities that, were they carried out by any one of us individually, would be punished severely.

Reread your "Heart of Darkness." Alone, we're all psychopaths. Collectively, we're history.

It's ... not very subtle, is it?

The obvious lesson here is that snake boots are extremely durable.

Sometimes blunt needs to happen because we certainly haven't gotten anywhere with subtle.
