Tea Party Community

The Tea Party Community is a new conservative social networking site. “It’s a new home for conservatives and the Tea Party movement in America,” said co-founder Ken Crow. “It’s a social community just for them.” Crow partnered with Tim Selaty Sr. and Jr. to launch the new site last November – a “safe haven for the conservative movement where we can share ideas and thoughts and express ourselves without fear of retribution.”

This post was deleted for the following reason: If there's something more interesting going on here than a Fox web property reporting that Fox News reported that some tea party people set up a website, it needs to be in the post somehwere, and if not this seems like kind of nothing worth posting about. -- cortex

The Tea Party Community is a new conservative social networking site echo chamber.

No, please don't go! Where will I get my daily roster of thinly veiled racism and patriotic glurge?

. . . a “safe haven for the conservative movement where we can share ideas and thoughts and express ourselves without fear of retribution.”

I can't bring myself to link to any of the sources reporting it (all far-right, so far), but they're already claiming to have been DDoSed.

express ourselves without fear of retribution.

"Man, it's just like the LIE-brul media to flag my posts just because of the openly racist rhetoric! I wish I could hang out with my buddies and express our openly repellent worldviews without facing public scorn. Maybe we could even organize hang out days or something!"

I'm told some images on the site are disturbing or Not Work Safe. Hopefully this will get the right-wing nuts off Facebook. Then somebody can start a Liberalpedia to get the left-wing nuts off FB and the rest of us can be left alone to post pictures of food.

There's an SA thread, of course; the site population is at least 75% troll.
