Ach! The yogurt cup vacuum trap! Serious love for this tumblr.

I don't know why things like this make me so happy.

Also, kinda reminds me of this, which also makes me happy.

Uh, I can't handle this.

What a weirdly satisfying thing.

I'm sure someone out there is struggling with a form of OCD that this Tumblr itself would fit into pretty perfectly.

Is this a fetish thing? If not, it totally should be, because that is sexy as hell.

God, I hate to think how lonely I might feel if I didn't have lovely things like this occasionally popping up and making me feel like I'm not such a freak. (The nickel in the ring made me squeak a little bit.)

If they take all these things and line them up in perfect rows or other clean geometric arrangements, this tumblr will become my own personal Rothko chapel.

Is this a fetish thing?

Well, after the first one, I was going to say "my people call that docking" but the joke didn't apply to the rest.

Came for yogurt cup in disposal, left satisfied. Seriously, notch the rims or something, thanks.

I had the exact same thought as dlugoczaj before I even saw the comments.

It is bizarrely satisfying and really appeals to the slightly OCD side of me.

Not the drumstick I was expecting to be paired with hot sauce.

Wondering if there's a sub-category of this somewhere, like ShitIGotStuckInOtherShitAndNowCantSeparate.tumblr.com

Whatever codysherman.com is ought to be shot in the face because the preload from that domain is stopping me from seeing this.

Whatever codysherman.com is ought to be shot in the face because the preload from that domain is stopping me from seeing this.

It's a javascript, er, script called 'infinite scrolling' which I presume autoloads additional entries when you scroll to the bottom. If you wait long enough the page eventually loads (or does for me, anyway).

There's something wrong with this Tumblr. The "Older Posts" button is missing, preventing me from getting to the hundreds of additional pages of Things Fitting Perfectly Into Other Things.

So Cody Sherman's Infinite Scrolling Script does NOT fit perfectly into this tumblr. How ironic.

TIL that I can buy those toothpicks in America.

Also fitting things into other things is my nemesis. I will completely start over on a project once I notice that two measurements are almost, but not completely, a rational fraction.

tumblr lifehack: you can always add "/archive/" onto a blog's domain to get a full archive view if the interface is driving you a bit batshit for one reason or another. Manual pagination with "/page/2", /page/3", etc, also works.

This blog appears to just be pretty new, though, so there's not that much more to see. Yet. YET. It is open for submissions, apparently.

(The nickel in the ring made me squeak a little bit.)

I was nodding a small nod oh yes that fits nicely, aw that one too, sure sure I've done that by accident until I got to the Snapple/Pringles gif and suddenly started cackling wildly.

The hot sauce and drumstick made me think of sounding and then I had to go have a stiff drink.

The toast and banana aren't really fitting 'into' each other are they, they're more like spooning. Also, why is this Cackle-bladder?

Looking at these—without being able to reach in and take the things out of the other things, and then put the things back in the other things, to PROVE TO MYSELF that they fit very satisfyingly indeed, as they appear to—gives me kind of a small itch in the back of my jaw. I'm not sure I need this feeling in my life. Particularly the nickel.

Is there a word for the exact-opposite-of-OCD feeling that this triggers? It just makes me so happy.

I felt VERY NERVOUS when the Snapple bottle disappeared inside the Pringles can, because how would it ever come out? And then I wondered why that was a problem.

And then I remembered, again.

Anyway, it turns out that The Enigma of Amigara Fault has made me nervous about things slipping into mysterious spaces that seem to be made for them.
