Why leave that much cash in the car anyway?I suppose he thought his cash was safe while he went for a whizz. Brings a new dimension to the English phrase, "Spend a penny".

Liechtenstein, where he was travelling, is perhaps even more secretive than Switzerland when it comes to banking. It's considered a haven for money laundering and tax dodging.

Presumably the gentleman was in a business involving large amounts of currency and no record-keeping ... or perhaps he was just trying to avoid a tax bite.

He couldn't be involved in anything too intricate, considering he isn't even bright enough to lock his car when he plans to leave scads of cash in it. Sheesh.
