Holy crap, I thought for sure this was someone singing I Dreamed I Dream by Sonic Youth. Oof...imagine my surprise.

This is the real deal; even if you don't like either Les Miz or Tolkien (and what is your fucking problem, man), worth watching just because he totally commits to it, every second.

That was awesome. I can't help but wince in sympathy at how badly his throat must ache after he's done. That kind of strained warble surely has to start getting painful if kept up for minutes at a time.

Nicely snarked, but, really, what on earth would you click on this link for if you're not up for a spot on parody of "I Dreamed a Dream" as sung by Gollum? Isn't that like clicking a "Puppy does something cute" video link and popping in to complain that it wasn't a kitten?

A few months ago, someone at work emailed everyone to say they had lost a ring, describing where they might have left it, and asking if anyone had seen it. One of the sales guys in London replied simply, "My precioussss."

A few weeks later, someone else emailed everyone to say they had lost a mug having sentimental value, last seen in the kitchen. The same sales guy replied with, "My precioussss."

Oddly, no one has reported anything missing since.
