Dachshund UN. Shock, delight, cacophony! A meeting of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights is staged with the help of specially recruited dachshunds in this wild performance installation. Joyful and chaotic, spectacular and fascinating, Dachshund UN questions our capacity to imagine and achieve a universal system of justice. posted by ovvl (16 comments total) 12 users marked this as a favorite

Why isn't the livestream working for me? I want to see the doggies.

I saw this when it was in Melbourne a couple of years ago. Very cute.

I love the look of Schnitzel, a sweater wearer and cheese lover after my own heart. My friend was there this evening and said she could have watched it all night.

A friend offered me a ticket to see this tomorrow. I declined, as I have a previous engagement.

I would go if it was a Corgi U.N.

Because a Corgi U.N. would be complete insane hilarious anarchy.

I'm going on Sunday and am very, very excited. Between this and the new Legoland opening, Toronto has some pretty ridiculous opportunities for adventure this weekend.

Awww man, Dachshunds are great. My favorite breed of dog by miles.
(I say this as a sometimes dog lover who is currently being driven madly out of her place by the house dog, who is barking incessantly at the moment and always)

I expect more dog (and especially Dachshund) videos in this thread throughout the weekend. Do not let me down, people.

Also, I feel like I should make a dog whistle politics joke here, but can't. Don't let me down on that count either.

Delegates, bah! These running dogs of the Global Capitalist Elite were not appointed by the will of the People!

I am forced to admit, however, that, for running dogs, they are sitting pretty patiently.

My kitten started yipping along with them. Where is his representation Dachshund UN? HMM?

I love this with all the loves. There's nothing funnier than a flock of dachshunds, for whatever reason they are convened. My own dachshund is too shy for this kind of thing, sadly. When I brought her to a doxie meetup, she got overwhelmed and had to hide in my lap.

My dachshund Anežka (obligatory) turned 15 in January and, despite being a fine representative of Chickenlandia, working towards its diplomatic aims with the dachsie community, would hate this SOOOO very much!
