Translation of the children's rhyme La Capucine, which somehow makes me like it all the more:

We're dancing The Nasturtium (?!)
There's no bread at our house
There is some at the neighbors'
But it's not for us.
Youuuuuuuu! (This appears to be translated much as it is in the Soulja Boy song.)

(I'm assuming there's some other interpretations of nasturtium, but I like it as it is anyway.)

Subsequent verses go on to say there's no wine at our house (natch, c'est France), there's no fire at our house, and then the last verse is At the neighbor's house they are crying, at ours we are laughing.

I saw this a while ago. Had a good giggle about it. Then went to do other stuff. Then went back and watched it again. Then sent the link to my girlfriend (we both have cats). Then we showed it to friends... before we know it we've all been -maybe for a couple months now- sending each other stills from the video, and greeting each other with "coucou les copains".

and just the other day my cat B went *poom* on his little sister, cat A. I almost collapsed laughing.

Mr SuperMedusa & I have 2 cats, but as a rule he is not so into the LOLCatz and cute vids as I am. I showed him this last night and it killed him and he watched it twice in a row and today I can't really stop singing it to Herbert and gently bopping him on the nose "Poom!"

We used to play a game with one of my dogs called "Get Your Face" where we would try to get his face. Now we are playing "poom" which is the same game except we use fake French when we get his face.
