It is pretty amazing, isn't it.
I couldn't help but be reminded of the Mills Brothers, who on occasion played some trumpet of their own.

I see she comes out of the Herb Alpert school.

Amazing! Sounds like elevator music, but still amazing skills!

I'd call fake if her she wasn't blowing her bangs up with every phrase. This is fun.

I'd give anything for my mouth to be that talented. I'd be a hit at parties!
I ACTUALLY played the trumpet and didn't sound that good. Some people are so lucky...

Can someone explain what happens at 0:48? I can hear (at least) two "trumpets". I think there might briefly be three. Is she using some looping device?

I was confused by that too. After hearing it a few times, I'm convinced the lowest note is the "trumpet" and the other note is actually strings. If you watch Denise Reis' fingers, it looks like she's playing it herself.

It's the I Dream of Jeannie theme?

Love the bit of the Get Smart theme at the end, and yes she is definitely creating a parallel line with the guitar at 0:48.
