Or "Penny For Your Thoughts", with Elizabeth flipping a coin to Booker?
Why no mention of "There's Nothing About You I Don't Like" with Francis and The Witch?
And how come "Passion on the Slopes" isn't on that list?

I still like The Stone Heartbreaker, because I'm pretty sure it exists in-game as Varric's friend fiction.
