My current dog is a rescue dog and someone had abused her. She was found running in the streets of Belgade, Montana and no one claimed her in the three weeks she was at the shelter. Huskies are hard to place because are like smart three-year -olds who can out run you.
We are having an awesome life together and she loves me even more than I love her.

I just adopted a 9-year-old dog from the shelter. They told me her owner either was homeless or became homeless, one of the two. We've only been together for a month now but I feel the same way: "you can't have her back."
