(Mildly NSFW-ish lyrics) Youtube user strizzalo does a slow, sensitive, acoustic cover of The Bloodhound Gang's "The Bad Touch."

If we're doing sensitive female acoustic covers of not-so-sensitive songs, Nina Gordon covers Straight Outta Compton.

Oooh oooh, are we? Because this has been my favorite for a while. (previously)

The Gourds - Gin And Juice
posted by sophist at 9:23 PM on March 13, 2014

If I never hear that Gin & Juice cover (more often than not mislabeled as a Ween song in Napster's glory days) again it will be way too fucking soon.

Back to the Bloodhound Gang: I worked with one of them in an office job in Philly a decade or so back. Nice guy. I had to look up who it was - Skip O'Pot2Mus. Despite his clever name, it doesn't look like he lasted for more than one album, which leads me to ask: how the fuck did that group have multiple major label releases? Was David Geffen just giving recording contracts to his kids' drug dealers?

Also, one time I saw a picture of the Bloodhound Gang in the Philly Citypaper and one of them was wearing a Fall shirt identical to one I owned. It made me feel weird.

Bloodhound Gang's Ballad of Chasey Lain (acoustic cover) Not at all safe for work lyrics.

I withdraw the previous acoustic cover of The Ballad of Chasey Lain. ClipperTone's is awesome.

Speak for yourself, we played it at our wedding.

The Tori Amos version of Eminem's "'97 Bonnie and Clyde" is terrifying.
