My favourite is still Kevin Pollack impersonating Christopher Walken telling The Aristocrats.

Though I confess Bono's impression of Bill Clinton is better than I expected it to be.

Impressions take a little time and a little setup in order to sink in and be funny: it's a comedic art that just doesn'r seem to work too well in this rapid-fire compilation style. Many of them go by too fast for me to catch who's being mimicked, and sometimes who's doing the mimicking.
