On a hot Summer day, occasionally one walks past an outdoor cafe in Trastevere and finds a bandaged diner with a leg and arm in a cast. However, their attire is all quite tasteful and they carry on with laughter as if there was no problem, but perhaps maybe the slightest inconvenience.
