I'm going to assume you're being ironic.

Oh I'd love to see McHale get a meaty role one of these days.

I don't understand this statement. Did he recently stop hosting The Soup?

They should really be wearing seat belts.

Well, that certainly took an unexpected turn at the end.

If you drive a classic car in California, are you excused from having to wear a seatbelt?

You have to have wear seat belts if the car was sold with them. I don't know if lap belts were stock on that car, but if they were they'd have to.

I was working on a commercial shoot in a classic car that didn't come with lap or full seat belts. However, the prop guy rigged a belt that could be seen during the spot in case standards and practices had a problem not seeing the seat belt in the shot. We'd shoot the spot based on the S&P from pickiest network (CBS) to avoid problems. However, most of out spots ran on cable (including E!) who didn't give a fuck unless about seat belts, or substantiating claims.

I feel like calling the coke dealer "Rico" was probably a misstep.

"I don't understand this statement. Did he recently stop hosting The Soup?"

From the video:
McHale: "So you were on Arrested Development. What was that like?"
Hale: "Um ... of all people, you can understand not wanting to be defined by a certain show."
Joel McHale may host The Soup but he's by far more famous for his role in Community, hence the humor in referring to him as ""The Soup" host Joel McHale."

... oh, man. I think this frog is dead. Can someone take the scalpel? I'm gonna go wash up.

I'm not sure that referring him to as The Soup host Joel McHale is really all that intentionally comedic when you consider that the video is a clip from The Soup.

Also, hardly anyone at all watched Community.

What's up with the weird comments section? Is that video part of some ARG or something?

The car is far too nice for the gag - it should have been a sleazy '70s coach-builder atrocity like the Stutz Bearcat.

To me, Joel McHale will always be, first and foremost, a former castmember of Almost Live.

Also played Roy in the godawful American version of the IT Crowd (which thankfully didn't make it past pilot).

Youtube loaded this for me at 144p. I didn't even know it went that low. It felt like I was watching legos.

This is more watchable than that vapid Seinfeld "rich white dudes talk about yachts and poors" show.

Episode 2, please.
