My good friend John Nevin wrote the HuffPo article in the first link. He does a lot of longish form pieces there and at his blog about lesser known music and dance artists that he likes.

Jess and the band just played Riot Fest here in Chicago. I'm glad they are doing so well to get the FPP too.
