Released today: Al Qaeda's Mr Big? Lotfi Raissi has been in a British prison for five months, accused by the FBI of training the September 11th hijackers in their deadly mission. But where is the evidence?

The FB Aii claimed to have communications evidence, photographic evidence and other evidence of Raissi's culpability.
Fortunately for him, they haven't been able to provide any of this evidence to the court in the UK. He has been locked up for 5 months on the grounds (pdf. file) of failing to declare a knee injury and a previous conviction on his application for a FAA pilot licence. He has always professed his innocence.(another pdf)
Unless the FBI can provide further evidence, he should be released today.but i haven't read the papers yet...
