NoraReed, I bought the damn candle because of your reblog. It is subtle but the scent was 100% as described.

That reminds me quite a bit of a book that was always kicking around my house when I was growing up, Famous Cats by Jim Morin. Basically a bunch of late 1970s/early 1980s famous people drawn as cats. Yassir Arafatcat, Jack Nicatson, Tomcat Snyder, and so on. Good caricatures, and I always found the cat angle compellingly weird.

I am cackling at all that. As it happens, a friend and I were out today on a mission to find a nice scented candle each, and we came upon a small stand of Yankee Candle Company wares (I've not come across these often in Australia). And they were so terrible that at one point, both of us took a sniff of one tester and began to actually gag.
And even with that experience fresh in my mind, I still want to buy this damn candle after reading that. NoraReed, what have you done.

That cup is useless. If you wanted to drink wine out of it and gesture at the same time the wine would slosh everywhere! Pah!

i man that candle was pretty funny but i think i pretty much reblog anything with that gif of chris evans ripping apart a log with his bare hands
i was vaguely considering attempting to recreate the smell from essential oils so i could apply it to whatever i want and/or wear it with flannel on butch days
