You just made me lose the game. Damn you!

I'd been on a years-winning streak.

That was fun!

It was fun! Is it me or did it sound a lot like strong bad (the speech pattern more than the voice, I mean).

All the site does is whine at me that I'm blocking their ads. Sucks to be them.

Strong bad was a new one on me but having googled it I see what you mean. But definitely someone whose first language isn't English (asking rather than ask for a refund I think for example). Maybe French since that's the other language option? Anyway it made me laugh, thanks for the post!

You can do anything in this game.

Anything at all.

The only limit is yourself.

WELCOME.

Yes, I think the speaker is French. To me he sounds like Fezzik.

This is very cool, but I can't get the stupid key away from the squirrel. I'm only into my first cup of coffee, though.

At the bottom of that block of text is a link to continue anyway.

Well, maybe you should try offering a trade?

It's a tough nut to crack. Yup.

Squirrel? You folks... I guess I'll never be a gamer.

So, uh, when you get to the end are we really sure that it really is "THE END"? I mean I know it says it's the end and I couldn't find anything by clicking around randomly for a while but for some reason I'm not convinced that things in this game are what they claim to be. (I picked the "YES" option, it it matters)

Ah-ha! Much more intuitive on the laptop than the ipad. Or maybe I'm just used to the feedback I get from a mouse click since tapping can be hit or miss? Or I'm lazy. Thanks for the hints.

It took me a long time to figure out the water part, because I had moved past the one screen where you get the thing you need.

I did both and it still seems to end at that point, just with slightly different dialog.

I broke the O, and then that seemed to be the end. Is there more after that?

Yes.

(The people up above talking about the squirrel and the key are not goofing. You'll know you've reached the end of the game when the cursor itself changes to the word "END")

HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU GIVE THE NUT TO THE SQUIRREL
posted by EmpressCallipygos at 5:27 PM on July 14, 2015

Notice what he's actually asking for and what the nut currently looks like.
posted by codacorolla at 5:57 PM on July 14, 2015

It's, uh, safe to say it took me entirely too long to crack that nut.

It took me waaaaay longer to water the tree, because I don't really like Breakout.
