The world's shortest man ever, RIP

Chandra Bahadur Dangi, who stood at just 21 inches tall (54.6 cm), has passed away at 75 years old, after being ill with pneumonia. He was the shortest adult ever recorded and confirmed by Guinness.

He left his Nepalese village for the first time of his life three years ago to be inducted into the Guinness World Records.

Later that year, he met the world's shortest living woman, Jyoti Amge of India. Then two years later, he met his counterpart, Sultan Kosen of Turkey, the world's tallest man.

This leaves 22 years old Junrey Balawing of the Philippines as the world's shortest living man.

Wow, I'm glad that he got to see at least some parts of the world before his death. And 75 years old? Do people with dwarfism normally live that long? If I remember correctly, people with gigantism tend to die at younger ages due to heart problems.

Yeah but it sounds like it was as a sideshow attraction in a circus.
