Miguel, do you want me to get fired? This stuff should be saved for Fridays. Damn you.

I found myself playing this yesterday for far too long. As I got higher up my eyes started to bleed. I got a score of 127,000 or so, so I would like to know if that's average or not.

you can get pretty far just by randomly clicking.

This game should be called Tetris for Dummies. (Not that I didn't enjoy it.)

I got 368,877 points. I am AWESOME at Collapse.

Good game but I think it was a little too easy.

330,576. Miguel, you should be getting a bill from my physician soon for contributing to the aggravation of my carpal tunnel. Not like games such as 'JT's Blocks' over at Yahoo or 'Big Money' over at PopCap have helped, but... *ow*

The Tetris connection is closer than you think.

This "collapse"-style puzzle game was originally released as BreakThru!, created by Tetris-man Alexey Pajintov.

297,904... and now I'll just get the defibrolater, cause my heart stopped on about lvl 7.

i can't play the game (or even see it) because of my evil employer's deadly firewall/proxy server setup, but if it's anything like cabeem (which it sounds to be from everyone's descriptions), i'd imagine that it's highly addictive and terminally damaging to productivity.

oh, and let's not forget kick-ups!

mlang: It's like cabeem, but here you get a new line every couple of seconds, and like Tetris if it reaches the top of the screen, you lose.

125,212 level nine. Is that bad?

oh, and let's not forget kick-ups!

I was trying to, dammit. *shakes fist, then stops when it becomes too painful*

Popcap had their game first, called Big Money. That game was addicting to no end. However, my fioncee's dad liked this one better because 'it's slower'.

The key is to eliminate all but one color in the first few levels. That way you get to eliminate several dozen like colored blocks in one fell swoop. This strategy got me 576,393 pts

mlang, as I went to this thread I thought, "now, what was that game with the ball that drove me out of my tiny mind?"

Thanks, thanks a lot!

I scored 1,000,321 (Level 9) the second time out.

It's not even challenging until Level 5.

Lotsofno, you tease, what are the URLs of all those games? (Not Snake, though, I play enough of that on my Nokia cell phone already.)

It's kinda fun, especially once I downloaded the trialware. (They scored differently, which is why I was pulling out a measly 50,000 when playing online ... and the Java version puts the colored bombs out hella more often.) Anyway, though it's fun enough, I was rather amused that they expect people to pay $20 for this. I mean, that's half a war game.

Anyway, a similar game that I did feel was worth the money was bubblet -- although it is a strategy game; it doesn't have the action aspects of Collapse.
