Beautiful. Both songs are beautiful on their own, too. I'm glad this wasn't treated like a dismissive joke (at Spears' expense).

i think this might the post to finally convince me to watch the show. that story about the theme is so lovely. the right music is just best.

(here's where I'd talk about how I just started rewatching Twin Peaks with a friend and how astonishingly it's stood the test of time, but I am always just starting rewatching Twin Peaks so that'd technically be a misnomer)

I like 'Blue Rose' by Silver Strain, which is an electronic track composed from layered samples from the show, and has a really cool video to boot.
