Drone Art: Arctic Wildlife & Landscapes is a two and a half minute drone video from the far north of Canada starring beluga whales, polar bears and some of the most amazing scenery.

Weird how the belugas appear to be swimming on top of the water, due to the clarity of the water and their high albedo.

I wanted to know what was going on with that turbid upwelling at 0:38, glimpsed again a bit later, but unfortunately the drone didn't stick around to investigate. Are the beluga diving for clams or something?

I wish they had devoted more time to each of the too-fast-to-absorb-it cuts of the amazing landscape, instead of yet another lingering overview of the beluga herd. The way they put the video together was very jarring and didn't do justice to the scenery.

I read this at first as "Done Art: Erotic Edition." (Possibly because I have a pinterest of erotic drone art I've found.)

I'm with Greg_Ace, waaaaaay too many jump cuts between the same scenes. Also, the use of "natural" sounds like the belugas that didn't match the visual was distracting. Beautiful scenery though - I assume it was in a relatively small area as it did not vary as much as a larger look at the arctic, same with the seasons, no variance there either.

I agree with Greg_Ace and saucy. I just discovered the "Frozen Planet" series and it is pretty amazing, and way better than the other arctic/antarctic series I've watched - in case the video in the FPP is whetting your appetite.

I did too, and then a quick search tells me that this is a thing. (An NSFW thing, obviously.)

I agree with the comments above about the editing of this film being unnecessarily jarring.
