I think her stream of conscious talking is weird enough that this fits in more naturally than Trump. Also, not enough bombast in trip reports, which would be unlike Trump The Politician.

This is actually helping. Without the damage reduction in place from the various comedic bardic performances (including this) up and going, it'd be 1d8 per caster level. And I think Palin's probably at least CL3.
