"What nonsense I have just come out with," Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar admitted after delivering a 25-minute speech -- unaware that his microphone was still turned on. Oops.

Teehee...but I prefered Dubya's "major lague asshole" gaffe.

I am eagerly awaiting the day (maybe during the upcoming general elections here?) when an Irish politician lets slip with something silly.

Hehe. That's cool, but he has a long way to go to beat John Prescott, Britain's Deputy Prime Minister, who started punching the electorate in the head during the last election here. It was manifesto launch day I think too.

I believe his comment was made press safe - what he actually said was "What a fucking boring speech"

What he said was "Vaya coƱazo que he soltado" - so "What fucking nonsense I've come out with", more or less.
