“In December of 2015, a group of sleep-deprived Boston-based animators, artists and musicians met at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design to collaborate on an animated film. With the intention of re-imagining an episode of the classic cartoon Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!, they assembled the project in four days. This was the result.” SCROOBJAM is the third and most elaborate in a series of "Golem Jams" organized (if that's the correct word) by John F. Quirk. (via Cartoon Brew which lists the credits here)
And they would have gotten away with it, too...

Haven't watched it yet but the concept reminds me of Moon Animate Make-Up, the collaborative re-animation of an episode of Sailor Moon.

I couldn't take more than 30 seconds of incoherent screaming, though I'm sure that was cathartic for all involved.

Man, that was dreadful. I made it past the screaming but couldn't go all the way. I enjoyed the first two jams more.

For me, the screaming was hilarious because I could discern the 'shape' of the original theme song. It's a good metaphor for all the other crazy stuff they did to the show. And in the case of both the song and the show itself, you need to be familiar with the original in order to appreciate how it's been changed.

I rarely comment here, and love a lot of things most find weird.
This, however, was the most awful thing I've ever seen about 2 minutes of. Whatever it is they're going for, it didn't work.
There has to be some context here I'm missing.

I can imagine this video running on a college dorm public access TV channel in the middle of the night, which means I think it's the absolute pinnacle of what humor should be. Psycho-dellic, maaaaan!!
