It's the Shperiks! Those wacky mascots for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Korea-Japan!
I can't tell what the heck is going on here, and if it weren't for the upbeat BGM, I'd probably be scared to visit this site again. But it was an interesting little adventure...
"Shperik" sounds like some sort of Kashubian cabbage roll or something... "Have some Slivovits with your shperik!" (It's "Spherik")

Go to this site and click on Mascot Zone to view the official World Cup mascot site in your choice of languages. Can't say the official site makes much more sense than the one linked to above.
