Serious SCTV/80s SNL vibe off of this in the best possible way.

i think my favorite part of this is the comment from KryptonPhoenix 2 months ago: "man wtf is this we call these vines now a days accept shorter"

Brandon Hardesty is a genuinely talented and funny dude. The rest of his channel is worth looking through.

I was expecting something like this. Which is a little better, because cat.

I immediately was glad to be listening to this in stereo as well.

is this not a self post?

Somehow reminds me of this (yet another SLYT, but this is lousy quality--it looked way better in the 1970s)

And the original post? Nightmare fuel.

How do you own, furnish and decorate real estate ironically?

I like that my guess based on the title was both exactly correct and yards short of the actual excellence of the total video.

is this not a self post?

No, Greg's sweaters aren't usually quite so loud.

I was expecting a minute-long supercut of Beavis and Butt-Head making that "boi-i-i-ng!" sound they do when they talk about boners.

This was a lot better and more charming, but I still want to see that.

For some reason I can't explain, I feel like this video perfectly encapsulates my times visiting Cleveland.

I agree that Brandon is awesome. I was way into his low-budget movie reenactments, fell off when he started doing more original stuff. The guy's super talented, though, for a very specific definition of talented.

Reminded me of my yellow lab, searching for the perfect spot to take a poop.

It's worth mentioning that the man in this video (from 2008!) made a bunch of similar silly videos around the same time, became a minor internet celebrity off of those and a bunch of videos reenacting famous movie scenes, became an actor off of those, appeared in several small-to-medium parts in various things as a result, and now makes the fantastic No Small Parts documentary series that you absolutely should go check out.

I've been a fan of him since the beginning and the video in the OP is still possibly one of my favorite youtube videos ever! I'd honestly swear I made this an FPP back when it came out, but apparently not (maybe deleted?)

Thanks, I just dropped this into a 'what's your theme song' email thread at work. I can hear it playing from half a dozen computers.

there is also this, which does not require cat, or moving from your screen.
